Eamonn Ansbro M.Ast &Ph.D. Studies – Executive Director

Eamonn Ansbro has more than twenty five years experience in industrial optics, R&D, manufacturing and sales. He was founder and MD of OptiGlas (Ireland) in Dublin which manufactured high-volume advanced industrial optics to military specifications, including thin-film technology. The company employed over thirty staff and successfully exported throughout Europe.

Catherine Ansbro B.M., M.M., DMA Studies – Executive Director

Catherine Ansbro has fifteen years management experience. She has been involved in establishing organisations throughout Ireland and her native USA. Her training is not only in R&D management but also entrepreneurship. She has a wide range of organisational activities including marketing, sales, finance and strategy.

John Braithwaite B.A. – UK Technical Director

John is based in Scotland. He has over thirty years experience as a developer and manufacturer of high-precision scientific and optical instrumentation. He is Proprietor of Braithwaite Telescopes and has experience in both high-volume and one-off manufacture. He has being involved in R&D for the UK Department of Defence and has a number of patents in his name.

Mike Foylan – Production Manager

Mike has twenty years experience in production at NEC in Ireland. He led a team of technicians dealing with production support, quality improvement, electronic parts control and purchasing. His team’s expertise in Total Production Management (TPM) was developed to such a high level that Japanese companies routinely sent teams to learn from them.
